Devin & Matt was the team was assigned to installed a new hot water heater & toilet. MyGuyPlumbing was referred to me and I’m glad that is who I called. Devin and Javon explained the problem with the sprayer in the Moen faucet. They informed us if we could find the original Moen warranty documents we could save money by having Moen provide a new sprayer. However, we could not find the original warranty. Devin then explained the cost for the installation of a new Moen faucet and with that information we decided to have the installation completed. Devin and Javon completed the installation promptly and were careful about keep the home clean. Devin provided the new Moen warranty with instruction on to sign up online. In addition we signed up for annual inspection of the home plumbing and water heater. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend My Guy to other friends and relatives.

Arrived to home to winterize outdoor shower. MyGuy used compressor to blow water out of shower. Disconnected unions, both shower heads and left everything open. Boiler drains in crawl are open and bleeder cap is on ledge inside crawlspace found in pics. No warranty on winterization. Customer has broken shower strainer. It was disconnected from shower pan due to dry rot. Left option to replace. Will apply a discount if we happen to come and fix it. Emptied trap as well. Also customer brought to my attention a gas smell from water heater. Did a bubble test but could not find leaks. His contractor is coming with a plumber to further diagnose. Did so as a courtesy. Customer did not want me to look any further into the issue because contractor is coming.
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection after inspecting. There are some things we found that should be rectified, MyGuy plumbing sent over estimates to customer. Customer will call us when they decide which option they would like to move forward with

Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak on the side of their boiler. Upon inspection found that the gasket for the circulator pump was leaking. Gave options for repairs. Customer would like to move forward with work. Isolated pump and removed both gaskets and installed new. Tested work by running the boiler through a full cycle. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.

Arrived on site client stated the toilet handle broke off of the toilet. Upon inspection toilet handle was broken off client has a glacier bay toilet. Due to this part not being a stock item we charged for non- stock part and went to get the toilet handle. Replaced toilet handle and checked if the toilet handle was working properly. Everything is working as it should.

Upon arrival customer explained concern for handle being broken off of ice maker line emergency shut off. Gave options to replace shut off and customer agreed.

Today we returned to install new kitchens faucet, my guy plumbing removed old faucet and installed. New Moen Arbor. After all work was completed my guy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time their appears to be no leaks found everything is working as should no leaks. My guy plumbing registered faucet.
Customer stated that kitchen fsucet was leaking. After inspecting we found that faucet drips from the faucet head as well as the handle. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to rectify the issue. Customer would like to move foward with installing. New Moen arbor. For today we have collected a down deposit of $400
